Required enrollment documents
To complete your child’s admission at Butterfly Garden Preschool & Montessori, Kolkata, parents are requested to submit the following documents:
Birth Certificate – Copy of the child’s birth certificate for age verification.
Passport Size Photographs – Recent photos of the child (4 copies) and parents (2 copies each).
Address Proof – Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / Electricity Bill / Rental Agreement.
ID Proof of Parents – Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Passport.
Medical Records – Copy of the child’s vaccination card or health report (if available).
Transfer Certificate (for Kindergarten admissions, if applicable).
